Exchanges or Refunds


Thank you for shopping at DirtyHippo.com.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • With the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.


We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item.



If we do not have the returned item in stock, you will have the option to exchange for any other item in our catalog of the same price or more. If the replacement item is more expensive, we will invoice you for the difference.


If your refund is approved, we will EFT the amount to your specified bank account.


Depending on your banking institution, your refunded amount should reflect in you bank account within three business days from confirmation of payment.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.


In the case of an exchange, you will also be responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item.


If the returned item was returned due to a defect, neither of the above two shipping costs will apply (DirtyHippo.com will carry the full replacement).


Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you are eligible to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping can also be deducted from your refund.

Return Exceptions

Not items bought at a discounted rate, including specials, sales or on special arrangement may be returned unless defective.


Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
